Publications

This page lists material published by myself and members of the team at Transparency International Defence & Security  (‘ TI-DS’), from its creation in 2004 to my departure in 2015.  I  include reports authored by other members of the team where I had overseen the work and, usually, written the preface.  I also include a few publications that are closely associated with TI-DS but written by third parties. Where a report is still listed on the TI-DS website, I have given that link. Where the report is not listed there (about half), I link to a copy of the report available on the MarkPyman.com  and CurbingCorruption  websites. Items are listed in date order. For reports written by the TI-DS team after 2015, see the TI-DS website.

Web-links all re-accessed at April 20, 2021 or later.
